52 Weeks

I knew having Otto around would be super handy. He informed me that although tomorrow is the anniversary of the date we got married, today is the actual 52 weeks/1 year mark. In honor of our big day we are taking a 3 day weekend and going... somewhere! He hasn't told me yet, and I won't know until we are in the car on our way to wherever we are going. I asked him to at least tell me what I need to pack and I received this list: snow pants, swim suit, chain saw, rubber bands, tennis racket, more random objects, etc. I have a hard enough time packing when I know where I'm going, so this is going to be a real challenge. Surprises are only fun when you don't know that you're going to be surprised!

I love mobiles and when we move I am going to make one. I love this one from frazier & wing.

But really, 100 dollars? No thanks, I can cut out cardstock and string it on fishing line myself, thank you. I was also thinking I would like to make something more like this, but probably with multi-color paper, or with origami flowers or something. But I like the cranes too.
